Is your swim true to size?
Our sizing is true to size. If your are still unsure please refer to our size chart in the footer menu, or contact us hello@callieswim.com for further assistance!
How do I care for my Callie Swim?
Hand wash in cold water and dry in the shade
Please note: Do not dry clean, wash in warm water, place in washing machine/dryer, or come into contact with rough surfaces
How long does shipping take?
Domestic (Australia) via Aus Post Express: 1-2 Business Days
International via DHL Express: 3-4 business days
Environmental Impact?
Swimwear - Both the black & white bikinis are made from fabric using regenerated nylon. The fabric is made from entirely ocean and landfill waste, such as industrial plastic, fabric scraps from clothing manufacturer companies, old carpets and "ghost nets"
Packaging - The boxes your order comes in are not only the perfect storage box but are completely reusable & recyclable. The postage bags are fully compostable
How do I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed we are unable to alter or cancel it. However, if you need to change or update details such as your shipping info please email us hello@callieswim.com
Do you offer refunds & returns?
Returns - You are welcome to return your order as long as you meet the following requirements:
- Must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date
- Must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
- Must be returned with swing tag and packaging
- Must not be a sale item
You are then welcome to swap for something different or receive store credit.
Refunds - Refunds are only offered on faulty items. Please contact hello@callieswim.com regarding returns or refunds
